When I came out to BYU, I was so excited to live close to a temple- within walking distance as a matter of fact. So, every April 6th, I would visit the temple and think about Jesus.
After I got married, my husband celebrated with me. Once I had kids, I added bringing a breakfast treat, like donuts and milk- since often it fell on a school day and we would go before school.
After our snack, I allowed the children to walk around by themselves, as long as I could see them. My only instructions were to not run around and not play with the water. My second oldest chided me, telling me that I shouldn't allow them even near the water. I wasn't worried, I mean, if they weren't allowed to play with the water, what could go wrong?
You can figure out the rest...

It could have been worse...MUCH worse!
What a wonderful tradition your family has. I just may need to "steal" that one from you!
At least Ned Ryerson wasn't there to gloat, "Watch that step. It's a doozie!"
tchn4th-
True. Actually, I was surprised it wasn't worse.
Steal away. After all, what are friends for?

Ha ha! Great movie!
However, I'm not sure if this one was upset that he got his foot wet, or that he wasn't allowed to make an even match.
LOVE the wet shoe!
