Isn't it amazing the things that others have done for us? I was reading a blog of someone who I feel I am friends with, even though I don't know him, and it made me think of the generosity of others. Then I found this video and it really hit home:
It makes me realize we've been given many gifts from others that don't even know us, but we benefit. Our "gifts" may be small in comparison, but it's those who give of themselves, where often their sacrifice is not even appreciated at the time, that makes all the difference in the lives of others.
(I esp. like that they include Weird Al- It made me think: yes, we benefit from all types of people.)

That song has a place in my heart too, as well it should after the work that you and Gerb did with it a year ago.
I still watch the video from the class DVD.
No one makes it through life without someone else's help. We all rely on others. Unfortunately, some take advantage, and all of us at one time or another take others for granted. It's human nature. But gratitude is divine and raises us up.
Great song. It would be fun to see a list of who has helped or inspired you in your life.
